Our tasty traditional-style Mediterranean hummus originated from the blending of heritage and progressive farming — in other words, the marriage of Chris Zenner and Janine Zacca. The main ingredient in our hummus, chickpeas or garbanzo beans, is provided by the Zenner Family Farm in Genesee, Idaho. Their fourth generation farm is dedicated to sustainable agriculture and was the first farm in Idaho to become Food Alliance certified

We are passionate about making delicious hummus from only the finest ingredients. Our hummus recipe has been a Zacca family favorite for generations. We hope it will become a favorite of yours too.

Our hummus is made with garbanzos that are grown, processed and distributed in Idaho. These farm fresh garbanzos give our product an exceptionally unique taste and texture. Our products have no added oils, no artificial preservatives and are gluten free.
