Beet Hummus Bruschetta

Ingredients:
-1 tub of Classic Zacca Hummus
-Pre-cooked beets (refrigerated, not canned)
-1 loaf of your favorite baguette
-Olive oil
-Arugula (for garnish)

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375. Thinly slice the baguette into bite-sized pieces, place them on a baking sheet
and brush them with olive oil, and toast in the oven for 5-10 minutes, depending on how crispy you like
them. In a blender or food processor, add the hummus and 1-3 pre-cooked beets, to your taste — and
to reach the desired red color. Add a spoonful of the hummus mix to the toasted bread and top with
arugula.
