Refund policy
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, Zacca Hummus cannot accept returns or exchanges.
- This item is non-returnable, but if the item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a refund. If, for some reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Service Team, customerservice@devancofoods.com, for a refund within 2 days of when the package was received and provide a photo of both product and shipping box and a detailed description of the issue. We will make every effort to make sure you are happy with your Zacca Hummus experience. Due to the perishable nature of our product, all claims submitted after the 48 hour delivery window or without proper photo or order number will not be eligible for return, refund or reship.
