Corned Beef Cabbage Wrap made with Double R Ranch beef and Zacca Hummus
What you will need:
- A green (or purple) cabbage leaf, a slice provolone or swiss
- 1-2 tablespoons hummus
- 2 ounces corned beef (rolled)
- chopped dill pickle
- drizzle of dijon vinaigrette
- 3 twists of freshly ground black pepper
Dijon vinaigrette:
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
- sprinkle of salt
- then either: 2 teaspoons olive oil or 1 tablespoon traditional hummus.
