Ingredients
- 2 cups Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Zacca Hummus
- Chili oil (homemade or store-bought)
- Red pepper flakes, for garnish

Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Trim and halve 2 cups of Brussels sprouts.
- Toss sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast for 20-25 mins until golden and crispy.
