Ingredients:
- 1 English cucumber, sliced
- ½ cup Zacca Hummus (Original or your favorite flavor)
- 9 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
- Wash and dry the cucumber and cherry tomatoes.
- Slice the cucumber into rounds, about ¼ inch thick.
- Cut each cherry tomato in half.
- Spread about 1 teaspoon of Zacca Hummus onto each cucumber slice.
- Place one half of a cherry tomato on top of each hummus-topped cucumber.
- Sprinkle crumbled feta and fresh parsley over the top.
- Season lightly with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately and enjoy this refreshing, flavorful snack!
