Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 tsp curry powder
- Pinch salt and pepper
- Zacca Traditional Hummus
- Dukkha, to garnish
- Parsley, to garnish
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower with the oil, curry powder, and salt and pepper. Pour onto a large baking sheet and spread evenly.
- Roast the cauliflower for about 15-20 minutes until tender. Broil for 2-3 minutes if desired for extra crisp.
- Spread desired amount of the hummus onto your serving platter and top with the roasted curry cauliflower. Garnish with Dukkha and parsley and enjoy!
