Fried Chicken Hummus Sandwich


-4 thinly sliced boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pounded to about ½ an inch in thickness
-1 cup of flour
-2 eggs beaten
-2 cups bread crumbs
-½ cup olive oil
-¼ cup traditional Zacca Hummus
-1 tablespoon of Sriracha (or your favorite hot sauce)
-brioche buns
-broccoli slaw
-sliced pickles

In a bowl, mix Zacca Traditional Hummus and Sriracha together with the broccoli slaw, tasting as you
mix to achieve your perfect level of spiciness. Heat olive oil in a nonstick pan over low to medium heat.
Dip the chicken breast in flour, then the beaten egg, and then the breadcrumbs. Add the chicken breast
to the heated oil and cook on each side for 3-5 minutes. Check the internal temperature with a meat
thermometer and remove it from the pan once the chicken reaches 165 degrees. Place the chicken on the
bun, add a few pickles, and the spicy hummus slaw on top and enjoy!
