Harissa + Herb Loaded Hummus
Ingredients
- Zacca Traditional Hummus
- ¼ cup chopped green onion
- 1 tbsp harissa
- 1 tbsp minced mint
- 1 tbsp minced basil
- 3 tablespoons avocado oil
- 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
- 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- Warmed naan, to serve
Directions
- Spoon the hummus into a shallow bowl.
- Add the green onion, harissa, mint, and basil to another bowl.
- Heat the oil in a small skillet over medium heat until it's hot enough to bubble around a wooden spoon when placed in the oil. Pour the hot oil into the bowl with the green onion and harissa and mix to combine and “cook” the herbs.
- Pour the oil mixture on top of the hummus.
- Top with pomegranate and pumpkin seeds and serve with warmed naan.
