Ingredients
- Zacca traditional hummus
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 1 tbsp harissa
- 1 tbsp minced mint
- 1 tbsp minced basil
- 3 tbsp avocado oil
- 2 tbsp pomegranate arils
- 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
Directions
- Spoon the hummus into a shallow bowl
- Add onions, harissa, mint and basil to another bowl
- Heat oil in a small skillet over medium heat until it's hot enough to bubble around a wooden spoon when placed in the oil
- Pour the hot oil into the bowl with the harissa mixture and mix to combine and "cook" the herbs
- Pour the oil mixture on top of the hummus
- Top with pomegranates and pumpkin seeds and serve with warmed naan or crackers
