Ingredients

  • 5 hard-boiled eggs
  • ¼ cup Zacca Traditional Hummus
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Pinch salt and pepper, to taste
  • Paprika, to top
  • Chives, to top

Directions

  1. Halve the eggs and place the cooked yolks in a bowl.
  2. To the bowl, add the hummus, lemon juice, Dijon, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mash the egg yolks while mixing everything together until well combined and mostly smooth. Taste and add more salt and pepper if needed.
  3. Spoon the hummus mixture back into the halved eggs, filling the space where the yolk used to be.
  4. Chill for 30 minutes, then top with paprika and chopped chives before serving.
