Ingredients

  • ½ cup diced feta cheese
  • 1 cup olives
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp Za'atar
  • 1 container Zacca Spicy Mediterranean Hummus
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh parsley
  • To serve: Pita bread, crackers, veggies etc.

Directions

  1. Combine feta, olives, olive oil, and za'atar in a small bowl. Toss and let marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
  2. Spread hummus onto a serving platter and top with the marinated olive + feta mixture
  3. Garnish with parsley. Enjoy!
