Ingredients

  • 1 cup Zacca Traditional Hummus
  • 2 cups pearl couscous, cooked
  • 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Cook couscous according to package directions and spoon onto a serving platter or salad bowl
  2. Add tomatoes, cucumber, parsley, salt, and pepper
  3. Toss to combine
  4. Top with feta and Zacca Traditional Hummus
