Ingredients
- 1 cup Zacca Traditional Hummus
- 2 cups pearl couscous, cooked
- 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Cook couscous according to package directions and spoon onto a serving platter or salad bowl
- Add tomatoes, cucumber, parsley, salt, and pepper
- Toss to combine
- Top with feta and Zacca Traditional Hummus
