Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Zacca Traditional Hummus
  • 3/4 cup sliced and halved cucumbers
  • 1/3 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup herb feta
  • 1/4 cup chopped Kalamata olives
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions

  1. Place Zacca Traditional Hummus in a bowl or lipped plate and smooth with a spoon.
  2. Drizzle 1 tbsp of olive oil over the hummus.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, herb feta, and Kalamata olives.
  4. Spoon the cucumber mix next to the hummus.
