Ingredients (serves 4-6)

  • 4 cups of shredded cabbage
  • 1/3 cup of chopped bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup of finely chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup of finely chopped cilantro
  • 4 limes
  • 1 tbsp of everything bagel seasoning
  • 1 tsp of garlic
  • 1/8 tsp of black pepper
  • 2 slices of chopped cooked bacon (I used turkey bacon)
  • 2/3 cup of plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup of Zacca Hummus in Cilantro Parsley

Directions

  1. Add the previously washed and chopped vegetables in a large bowl.
  2. Add the seasonings, Greek yogurt and hummus. Mix well.
  3. Serve the salad on a plate and enjoy!
