Ingredients (serves 4-6)
- 4 cups of shredded cabbage
- 1/3 cup of chopped bell pepper
- 1/4 cup of finely chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup of finely chopped cilantro
- 4 limes
- 1 tbsp of everything bagel seasoning
- 1 tsp of garlic
- 1/8 tsp of black pepper
- 2 slices of chopped cooked bacon (I used turkey bacon)
- 2/3 cup of plain Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup of Zacca Hummus in Cilantro Parsley
Directions
- Add the previously washed and chopped vegetables in a large bowl.
- Add the seasonings, Greek yogurt and hummus. Mix well.
- Serve the salad on a plate and enjoy!
