Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 cup chopped parsnips
- 2 cups chopped butternut squash
- 1 cup chopped sweet potato
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp rosemary
- 1/2 tbsp sage
- 1/2 tbsp thyme
- 1/4 tbsp salt

Directions
