Ingredients
- 1 pack of Nuovo Ravioli in Mushroom Truffle (or your favorite one)
- 1 tsp of sea salt
- 2 cups of chopped lettuce
- 1/4 cup of finely chopped red onion
- 3/4 cups of sun-dried tomatoes cherry tomatoes
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- 1 tbsp of Italian seasoning
- 1/8 tsp of black pepper
- 2/3 cup of Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup of Zacca Spicy Mediterranean Hummus
Directions
- Broil some 3-4 cups of water with sea salt.
- Cook the ravioli for 4-6 minutes, then drain.
- Add the previously washed and chopped vegetables in a large bowl.
- Slice the ravioli in 4 pieces and mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Serve the salad on a plate and enjoy!
