Ingredients
- 1½ cups cooked chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 tbsp Zacca Traditional Hummus
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- In a food processor, combine all ingredients and pulse until combined, but not puréed. Season to taste
