Cilantro Parsley Hummus made with sustainably grown garbanzo beans and a blend of herbs and spices such as parsley, cilantro, oregano, rosemary, basil, thyme and fennel, with a hint of lime, this creamy dip has a mild southeastern Europe (Greek) flavor. Provides a unique taste and texture, perfect for dipping, spreads, or as a gluten or vegan alternative. Non-GMO, Gluten Free and contains no artificial preservatives.
Sustainably farmed cooked garbanzo beans (water and chickpeas), tahini (ground sesame), extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, lemon juice, citric acid, garlic, spices, natural flavors and serrano chili peppers.

Preparation and Cooking:
